Hola, I’m Gloria Stephanie Garcia Cisneros.

I am a PRIMERA in my family: a first-generation immigrant, college graduate, working professional, and wealth builder. I am deeply tied to my roots and am a proud Mexicana who is committed to instigating change within the Latin@ community. Why? Because I’ve been there, feeling like I was left in the dark when it came to money.

My experiences as a first-generation Latina paired with a cross-border background have given me unique insights into the challenges faced by our diverse comunidad. I came to this country at a young age and know the adversities and struggles faced by mi gente. I know the passion, ganas, and determination of the first generation families who are fighting to survive. When in survival mode, you carry the weight of others and can’t afford to look ahead to plan for the future. This was my life for 22 years.

My journey into this career began as an effort to learn personal finance for myself post-college. I realized I could be a highly educated working professional (the end goal of all the sacrifices I made growing up) and still not understand the language of money. I felt shame and frustration, realizing that there were so many “basic” financial skills that I'd never learned. My passion to get my finances in order has since evolved into making a career out of it. This understanding has fueled my dedication to normalizing Latino wealth and enhancing representation within the industry.

I want to empower individuals to embrace, accept, and thrive no matter what situation they are in or what their starting point is. I want to make sure others become financially fluent and learn from my experiences. I don't want Latinos to be an exception when we talk about wealth, entrepreneurship, or leadership; I want us to be the expectation.

I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, the golden standard in the industry. My academic credentials include two degrees from UCLA: Applied Mathematics and Spanish Community and Culture.
